1. SeasonbothsidesofribswithTraegerPork&PoultryRub,about 1/4 cup per rack.
1. Whenreadytocook,setTraegertemperatureto180°Fand preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
1. Placeribsonthegrillandsmokefor3to4hours.
1. Whentheinternaltemperatureregistersbetween160°Fto165°F, remove ribs from the grill and increase Traeger temperature to 350°F.
P. Placeabout1/4cupofTraeger‘QueBBQSauceonalargesheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, then place a rack of ribs meat-side down on top and wrap tightly. Repeat with each rack.
